摘 要：电泵机组落井后，因其外径较大，与套管之间的间隙较小，且机组接头处焊接了防脱块，无法用常规打捞工具打捞。为解决落井电泵打捞的问题，研制了电泵套铣筒和电泵叶轮捞筒。套铣筒主要由上接头、工作筒、内铣刀片、乌钢钻铣刀片组成，工作时乌钢钻铣刀片将环空内的一部分电泵卡子和电缆铣碎用冲洗液将其携带至地面，内铣刀片把电泵接头的防掉块铣掉，为下一步打捞清理了鱼顶。电泵叶轮打捞筒主要由上接头、活门体、弹簧、轴、工作体、高弹性卡瓦、乌钢刀片、套铣头、铣齿组成，其工作时将环空内的电泵卡子和电缆铣碎随冲洗液将其携带至活门体，与起出的管柱一同携带出井筒。经过6口井的应用，打捞成功率100％。 Abstract: On the occasion when the electrical pump set falls into well,  there exists a major problem in salvaging the pump because of the  relatively narrow gap to the sleeve pipe resulted from its relatively large  outer diameter and because an anti-shedder is welded around the pump set’s  joint. In resolving such a salvage problem, encircling mill tube and its  corresponding impeller dragging tube for the electrical pump are developed.  The encircling mill tube consists of upper connector, working tube, inner  milling razor blade, and dark steel milling bore blade. In operation, the  dark steel milling bore blade crushes the internally surrounded electrical  pump checkposts and cables into pieces and brings them to ground by the  washing liquid. Meanwhile, the inner milling razor blade mills anti-shedder  part of the pump’s connector because the final salvage is conducted. And  electrical pump impeller dragging tube is composed of upper connector,  valve body, spring, axle, working body, super elastic cards, dark steel  razor blade, encircling mill head, and mill tooth. When operating, the  internally surrounded pump checkposts and cable will be milled into pieces  and be brought to the valve body by washing liquid, and finally be carried  out to the pit together with the removed shaft. With real application to  six wells, the 100% successful salvage rate is achieved.  关键词：电泵 防脱块 叶轮 电泵套铣筒 电泵叶轮捞筒 Key words: electrical pump, anti-shedder, impeller, electrical pump  encircling milling tube, electrical pump impeller dragging tube.
